By installing or utilizing our browser extension, accessing our web portal (yheye.pages.dev / yheye.com), or subscribing to any of our plans, you unconditionally agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you disagree with any portion of these conditions, please refrain from using our software and proceed to remove the extension from your browser immediately. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with updates published directly on our official website.

Yheye is a subscription-based SaaS creator analytics, trend discovery, and research software platform designed for YouTube creators, marketing agencies, and digital media professionals.
Its primary purpose is to help users analyze channel and video performance, identify high-performing content patterns, and discover emerging trends and niche opportunities while browsing YouTube.
Trend & Performance Analysis
Evaluates channel and video performance by combining publicly available YouTube data with Yheye-generated analytical benchmarks (such as Velocity VPH, Outlier Ratio, and Opportunity Scores).
Niche Discovery & Market Research
Identifies emerging content opportunities and market supply-demand asymmetries based on statistical analysis of public channel and video metrics.
Structured Data Export
User-initiated export utilities for selected public metadata and Yheye-generated analytics in structured formats (JSON, CSV, Markdown) for analytical workflows and external AI research tools.
On-Page Text Extraction Utility
A user-initiated convenience utility on individual YouTube video pages that transfers transcript text available in the user's active browser session directly to the system clipboard for text-based research. This feature does not create files, extract media, or perform speech-to-text transcription.
//3. Accounts & Subscriptions
To access certain analytical parameters and elevated query limits, users must register a creator account via our secure authentication gateway.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity that takes place under your profile. We offer distinct plan levels governing monthly queries, lookup volumes, and analysis speed:
Eligibility & Age Requirements (General Access vs. Paid Plans)
We enforce a clear, compliant two-tier distinction between platform usage eligibility and financial contracting capacity:
- Minimum Age for General Use (13 / 16 years - COPPA / GDPR-K): You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years within the European Economic Area / EU) to establish an account and utilize Yheye tools. We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from individuals under these ages.
- Contracting Capacity for Paid Subscriptions (18+ / Legal Age): Subscribing to any premium tier and executing payment transactions via Hotmart is strictly restricted to individuals of legal majority (at least 18 years old). Users between 13 (or 16 in the EU) and 17 years old may only access paid tiers with the explicit consent, supervision, and financial sponsorship of a parent or legal guardian holding the payment method.
Starter Plan (Bronze)
Free usage tier constrained to essential trend lookup and niche exploration. No payment card or financial credentials required.
Premium Plans (Silver, Gold & Infinity)
Expanded parameters, fast processing queues, international filtration, and batch metric exports based on the specific active subscription subscribed via Hotmart.
//4. Billing & Refunds
Yheye ("the Service", operated by the Yheye Team) utilizes Hotmart (operated depending on jurisdiction by Launch Pad Tecnologia, Hotmart B.V., or Hotmart Inc.) as our official payment processor and digital subscription platform for payment processing, international tax compliance (VAT/Sales Tax), invoicing, and subscription management.
By completing a transaction or initiating a subscription on our platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- ▪Contracting Capacity & Age of Majority (18+): To initiate any paid subscription or complete financial transactions via Hotmart, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age (at least 18 years old or legal majority in your country) with full capacity to enter into legally binding contracts. Users between 13 (or 16 in the EU) and 17 years old may only execute transactions under the direct authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian holding the payment method.
- ▪Purchase Agreement & Hotmart Terms: Your financial purchasing transaction is established directly through Hotmart under its General Terms of Use and Buyer Policies. Your digital software access license is granted by Yheye Team.
- ▪Bank Statement Descriptor: The payment charge on your credit card, debit card, or bank account will appear identified under the name HOTMART or HTM* YHEYE.
- ▪Recurring Subscription Billing: Premium tiers are billed in advance on a recurring interval (monthly or annually) and renew automatically at the conclusion of each billing cycle until canceled.
- ▪1-Click Self-Service Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewal anytime with complete autonomy via the Hotmart Buyer Portal (consumer.hotmart.com), via the subscription management link in your emailed receipt, or by reaching out to our helpdesk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current prepaid billing period.
- ▪7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Backed by Hotmart): All plans include an unconditional 7-calendar-day satisfaction guarantee starting from initial purchase. Conditioned upon your absolute compliance with these terms, Yheye grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and run the browser extension on authorized devices solely for your individual or internal content-creation analytics.
This license is strictly structural and temporary, transferring no ownership rights, patent titles, trademarks, or proprietary trade secrets of our software.
//6. Prohibited Uses & Abuse
To protect the technical integrity of our platform and ensure a balanced, high-quality experience for all members, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
Reverse Engineering
Attempting to decompile, disassemble, extract source code, or decode internal algorithmic operations or logical communication routes belonging to Yheye.
Automated Queries & Scraping
Utilizing automated scrapers, bots, external scripts, or high-volume crawlers to extract statistical values or flood our processing endpoints.
Quota Bypass
Modifying server-side requests or device cache states to bypass active constraints, lookup rate limits, or quota controls set on your subscription tier.
Resale & Shared Access
Renting, sublicensing, reselling, or sharing your credentials with third parties to facilitate unlicensed or collaborative commercial use.
//7. Intellectual Property
All proprietary rights, trade names, visual layouts, logos, CSS designs, extension scripts, database structures, and dynamic features related to Yheye belong exclusively to Yheye and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property treaties.
These terms explicitly safeguard the distinctiveness of our brand and software framework. Yheye guarantees that it does not publicly declare or reveal details regarding its specific mathematical formulas, weight calibrations, server architecture layout, or deep algorithmic processes, which are preserved as proprietary trade secrets of the platform.
//8. Liability Disclaimers
The services, metrics, and projections compiled by Yheye are provided for informational and analytical guidance "as is" and on an "as available" basis.
Relations with Third Parties & YouTube API Services: YouTube is a registered trademark of Google Inc. Yheye is an independent software tool. By utilizing Yheye features that interact with YouTube API Services, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Compliance & Strict Scope: Yheye is an analytics and creator research platform, not a media ripping or video saving service. Yheye explicitly DOES NOT provide:
- MP4, MP3, or any other audiovisual media conversion.
- Offline reproduction or storage of YouTube audiovisual streams.
- Audio extraction, audio stream separation, or media ripping.
- Automated audio transcription or speech-to-text conversion.
- Automated scraping of video scripts or audio transcripts.
- Circumvention of DRM, official video players, licensing, or access controls.
All export and clipboard transfer operations require explicit user interaction within the Yheye interface. Yheye does not store, host, redistribute, or reproduce YouTube audiovisual media.
Technical Availability & Interface Compatibility: The extension is engineered to operate over public YouTube web interfaces. While our engineering team regularly maintains platform compatibility, Yheye does not guarantee uninterrupted operation in the event of third-party visual DOM updates, server downtime, or external network maintenance. Yheye disclaims all liability for commercial or content decisions made based on analytical indicators.
//9. Governing Law & Support
Any dispute, legal claim, or litigation relating to Yheye or these Terms of Service will be governed by active laws and regulations, submitting strictly to authorized jurisdictions.
